Cloud backup & DR
Managed BaaS and DRaaS: your data protected with Acronis, monitored by our 24×7 NOC and proven with periodic restore tests. Because a backup only exists when it restores.
Complete protection, operated end to end.
Managed backup (BaaS)
Deployment, retention policies and continuous operation of cloud backup with Acronis — servers, VMs and endpoints.
Disaster Recovery (DRaaS)
A replica of your environment ready to take over in a disaster, with a documented recovery plan and RPO/RTO defined with you.
Restore testing
Scheduled periodic restores with recorded evidence — concrete proof that your backup works.
Microsoft 365 & SharePoint backup
E-mail, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint protected beyond Microsoft’s native retention.
24×7 job monitoring
A failed job becomes an alert handled by the NOC immediately — not a discovery on the day you need the data most.
Reports & evidence
Periodic visibility of coverage, success rate and executed tests, delivered straight to your management.
From assessment to proof, without stopping your operation.
Assessment
We map critical data, define RPO/RTO and identify what is unprotected today.
Deployment
Agents, policies and backup windows configured without disrupting your environment.
Continuous operation
The 24×7 NOC watches every job; a failure becomes an incident handled immediately.
Proof
Periodic restore tests and reports evidencing what was protected and validated.
Questions we hear all the time.
Does cloud backup replace local backup?
It depends on your RPO/RTO. In many environments the answer is a hybrid policy — a local copy for fast restores and the cloud for resilience. We design this during the assessment, based on your data and recovery targets.
What happens when a backup job fails?
The failure raises an alert in our 24×7 NOC and is handled as an incident: diagnosis, fix and re-run. You do not discover the problem months later, at restore time.
Do you back up Microsoft 365?
Yes — e-mail, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint. Microsoft’s native retention is not backup: deletions and ransomware can take data away within it.
How often are restores tested?
The frequency is defined in the contract according to data criticality. Every test produces documented evidence — a proven restore, not an assumed one.
