Do you monitor satellite links?
Yes — it is where we come from. VSAT links and offshore environments have particularities (latency, windows) our monitoring already handles.
What is the experience metric?
Instead of only CPU and ping, we measure the real journey: does the system open? Does login respond? How long does the transaction take?
